Thirteen sites is a small campground by any measure, and it sits a quarter mile from the visitor center in country with nothing else around, so it fills without any help from a reservation system. Bring water. There is none in the campground or at the trailheads, and the filling station is back at the visitor center. The vehicle limit is 26 feet, which quietly settles the question for anyone towing much.
Tip: Three natural bridges by day, absurd stars by night.
