Cat kit: 2/0 circle hooks + liver after dark.
Glassmans is one of a pair of Ogden community fisheries you can fish in the same evening, and the short walk from car to water is the point. DWR runs these ponds on a schedule rather than a single spring dump: rainbows go in about every two weeks through spring and fall, and channel catfish arrive several times over the summer starting in June. The daily limit at community waters is two fish. Set your bait about eighteen inches under a bobber.
