Steed Pond sits inside North Steed Park in Clearfield, next to Holt Elementary, which means the fishing shares 11.5 acres with sand volleyball courts, youth soccer fields and a big picnic pavilion. The city allows kayaks and paddleboards on the pond, so you are not limited to the bank if you want to reach the far side. Restrooms and walking paths are right there. As a state community fishery, the daily limit is two fish.
