This is the Logan Canyon campground that works for people who do not really want to rough it. It sits 7.6 miles up the canyon from Logan with flush toilets, potable water, and paved interior roads, though the parking spurs are not paved. Three group sites handle up to 100 people between them, and there is a full amphitheater with bleacher seating near Group Site C. Worth knowing before you plan a late arrival: the gate gets locked at 10 pm.
Tip: River sites go first. Fish the evening caddis hatch steps from your chair.
Out the tent door: Wind Caves (Hike, 1 mi) · Logan River 1st-3rd Dams (Fishing, 5 mi) · Logan River (Fishing, 5 mi) · Naomi Peak (Hike, 9 mi)
