Cat kit: 2/0 circle hooks + liver after dark.
Millrace is the plainer of the valley's community ponds, and the species list is short and honest about it: stocked rainbows and channel catfish, no bass or panfish to chase. The guidebook calls it Millrace Park Pond and applies the standard community fishery rules, so you are capped at two fish a day. Trout come every couple of weeks in spring and fall, cats several times through summer. The Jordan River Parkway path runs past, so you can ride in.
