Cat kit: 2/0 circle hooks + liver after dark.
It shows up in the fishing guidebook as the Sandy Community Fishery, which tells you it runs on the state's stocking rotation rather than on luck. Rainbows go in roughly every two weeks through spring and fall, so the pond refills faster than a small water this size normally could be fished out. Two fish is the daily limit. If you want more than an hour of it, the Bells Canyon trailhead is about three miles up the bench.
